One program, start to finish.

Built for people whose calendar moves more than they do. Most programs fall apart the first week you travel. Hardur was built around that week.

Every session, laid out

Pick a goal: weight loss, cut, lean bulk or maintain. Hardur lays out every session for the whole block and tells you what's next when you walk in.

Any room becomes a gym

Tell it where you are. Barbell bench becomes dumbbell bench, then push ups if all you have is a hotel room. Your week stays on track.

Proof it's working

Weigh ins, tape measurements and strength trends in one place, so you see the change before the mirror does.

New to lifting

Never lifted? Start here.

Every one of the 184 exercises comes with step-by-step instructions, what to watch for and an easier option for days you need one.

  • The Foundation level starts you with lighter weights and machines, and adds weight only when you've earned it.
  • Sore knee, back or shoulder? Tell setup, and it swaps in moves that go easy on it.
  • Two or three sessions a week won't make you bulky. They build strength and shape. Getting big takes years of training and eating extra on purpose.

Hotel room

No gym tonight? Same session.

Tell Hardur where you are. Bench press becomes dumbbell press in the hotel gym, and push-up variations in the room. Same day of the program, same week. Back home, it picks up where you left off.

An exercise card: back squat target 225 by 5, plus 10 pounds because you hit 5 by 5 last time, with warm-up sets and plates per side
Every lift shows the target, the reason, the warm-up sets and the plates per side.
Your next target

How your next target is set.

You never guess the weight. Hardur reads your last sessions and gives you one number to hit.

  1. Reps week100 lb × 8at effort 8
  2. Heavy week105 lb × 5fewer reps, heavier
  3. Peak week115 lb × 3heaviest of the block

Hit the top of the range and the weight goes up. A hard week holds it.

Powerbuilding Bulk, Squat Day: back squat top 3 plus 2 by 5, target 375 by 3, plus 10 pounds because you did 365 by 3 on your first set, six warm-up sets with plates, then back-off sets at 335 by 5
Powerbuilding Bulk, heavy week. Sample training data.
Already strong

Top sets and back-offs, worked out for you.

Powerbuilding Bulk runs one heavy barbell lift a day, then the volume behind it. On heavy weeks you get a top set of 3 and two back-off sets about 10% lighter, with every warm-up and the plates per side.

  1. Last heavy week365 lb × 3top set
  2. Today's top set375 lb × 3+10 lb
  3. Back-offs335 lb × 52 sets, about 10% lighter

Every session ends with what moved. Every month, your lifts compared like with like.

Finish screen: Day 1 done in 52 minutes, heaviest back squat, bench press and row yet, each lift up 5 or 10 pounds at the same reps
The finish screen calls out your wins.
History in the first month: 6 sessions, 2 of 2 weeks trained, and each main lift compared with the first session
History shows your last 4 weeks. In month one, each main lift against your first session, and it says steady until the progress is real.

Questions

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Hardur works with a home gym, a hotel gym, a set of dumbbells or nothing at all. Tell it what you have and it builds each session from that.

I've never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. Choose "under a year" in setup and Hardur starts you on the Foundation level, with lighter weights and machines first. Every exercise has step-by-step instructions and an easier option, and a sore knee, back or shoulder gets moves that go easy on it.

Will lifting make me bulky?

No. Two to four strength sessions a week build strength and shape, not size. Getting big takes years of hard training and eating extra on purpose. If you pick weight loss as your goal, the program and your calorie target are set up to lose fat while keeping your strength.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your plan continues at $20 a month. Cancel any time before day 15 and you won't be charged.

Is it on the App Store?

Not yet. Hardur runs in your phone's browser today. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like any other app.

Who can see my data?

Only you. Each account can read and write its own log and nothing else. Other users can never see it, and nothing is sold or shared. We don't look at your log except to fix a problem you've asked us to help with.

Is this medical advice?

No. Hardur is a training log and a program, not a substitute for a physician. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training or nutrition plan.
